Bengaluru, Feb 26: Bosch Global Software Technologies (BGSW), a leading global engineering and technology organization, has signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with Sarvam to accelerate the development and deployment of secure, scalable, and enterprise-ready AI solutions for India and global markets.
The MoU reflects BGSW’s strategic focus on operationalizing AI across enterprise ecosystems by combining its applied AI platforms, domain expertise, and deployment capabilities with Sarvam’s foundational models across text, speech and vision. Together, the organizations will co-develop advanced AI-enabled products and services, while expanding market reach through joint go-to-market initiatives that leverage BGSW’s established automotive and enterprise channels alongside Sarvam’s model innovation strengths.

The collaboration will focus on the following key areas:
- BGSW Leadership in Enterprise AI: BGSW will bring its AIShield, holistic AI security platform to ensure trust and safety across AI ecosystem across the entire lifecycle, EVOCO which is its multi-domain digital companion platform, and QwAI capabilities which uses quantum intelligence for AI model optimization to drive enterprise-grade deployments.
- Sarvam Capabilities: Sarvam will contribute its advanced models built for Indian languages, enabling conversational AI that understands local context, tone, and nuance. Together, the teams will co-develop new applications, beginning with intelligent cockpit experiences in passenger vehicles.
- Joint Market Expansion: The collaboration will enable joint go-to-market initiatives, cross-selling across BGSW’s automotive and enterprise ecosystem, and co-creation of proofs of concept for new enterprise use cases.
- Capability Building: The partnership will strengthen expertise in deploying secure, large-scale AI systems and accelerate development of specialized solutions for high-growth sectors including automotive, medical devices, and wearables.
