Mumbai, Mar 30: Jerai Fitness Limited (hereinafter referred to as “Jerai Fitness”), an Indian manufacturer with over three decades of experience in manufacturing and trading fitness equipment, has announced a first-of-its-kind long-term partnership with Reebok to manufacture and distribute Reebok–branded gym equipment in India and neighboring countries, Sri Lanka, Bangladesh and Nepal. Jerai Fitness will make Reebok–branded gym equipment available from 1st April, 2026.
The partnership brings together Jerai Fitness‘ manufacturing facility which is fully-automated with technology and Reebok’s global legacy to redefine the fitness ecosystem in the country.

The collaboration introduces a comprehensive commercial range of products under two series, including products from cardio, free weights and high-end home use equipment segments. Jerai Fitness ensures quality of its products by adhering to internationally recognised standards and certifications such as, ISO 9001:2015 (Quality Management System), ISO 14001:2015 (Environmental Management System), ISO 45001:2018 (Occupational Health and Safety Management System) certifications and American Society for Testing and Materials (ASTM) certified by Global Testing Services Co., Limited.
Additionally, Jerai Fitness is also certified by International Productivity and Quality Council (IPQC) for compliance with EN ISO 20957-1:2013, EN 957-2:2003 and EN 957-4:2006, which are European safety standards for stationary training equipment.
Reebok–branded gym equipment incorporates advanced manufacturing capabilities and innovation, enabled by Jerai Fitness’ fully automated production systems that ensure precision, quality, and technology to scale operations, meet rising demand, maintain competitive pricing, and products that align with international standards. Jerai Fitness’ manufacturing facility offers a fully automated production process and is also equipped with dedicated storage infrastructure to house raw materials, components, and finished products, supporting effective inventory management and a streamlined production flow. As of August 31, 2025, the manufacturing facility had an installed capacity of 21,000 units of fitness equipment annually.
