Mumbai, 24 July: Two of India’s most celebrated and high-affinity chef brands destinations today shared that they are coming together for a firstofitskind culinary collaboration. Chef Tarannum Sehgal, Founder and Head Chef of Espresso Anyday, Gurgaon, will collaborate with Chef Pooja Dhingra, Founder of Le15 Patisserie, for an exclusive pop-up titled “Gurgaon x Mumbai: A Dessert Chef Collaboration at Pardon Our French, Le15‘s newest café in Mumbai. The special menu will be available for delivery via Swiggy only on 24th & 25th July, giving Mumbai dessert lovers the chance to enjoy these exclusive creations from the comfort of their homes. The exclusive and limited range includes Fried Chicken Sando, Fried Oyster Mushroom Sando, Tamago Sando, Anyday Tiramisu and Classic Eclair.

The initiative brings together two distinctive dessert brands and their communities through a specially curated menu featuring signature sandwiches and some other exclusive items. Designed as a snack-forward culinary experience, the pop-up celebrates creativity, craftsmanship and regional culinary influences, while giving Mumbai audiences an opportunity to experience one of Gurgaon’s most-loved cafes  in the city. By extending the experience beyond the café, it brings together food lovers across cities while making such culinary collaborations more accessible to a wider audience, sitting at their homes.

Chef Tarannum Sehgal is celebrated for her work in redefining the artisanal cafe and bar food scene across the region. An acclaimed executive chef, she is known for bridging fine-dining French techniques with bold, globally inspired small plates. She honed her expertise during her 6+ years in Michelin starred kitchens in Provence, including La Table de Castigno.

Chef Pooja Dhingra is a renowned Indian pastry chef, author, and entrepreneur, widely celebrated as the Macaron Queen of India and Founder of Le15 Patisserie. Pooja opened India’s first macaron store and launched Le15 Patisserie in Mumbai in 2010, specializing in French-style macarons and desserts. She has authored multiple bestselling baking books, including The Big Book of Treats and Le15 Baking Book.
