Gurugram, Aug 14: CinCin brings its much-loved Lemon Festa to Delhi NCR for the first time, introducing the capital region to one of the restaurant’s most anticipated annual celebrations. Nine years of sun-bright citrus flavours, clinking glasses and tables filled with guests have made Lemon Festa a defining CinCin tradition. From 8 August 2026, its ninth edition takes over Golf Course Road, transforming the restaurant into a spirited celebration of the Amalfi Coast through seasonal dishes, house-made limoncello and CinCin’s unmistakable Italian warmth.
Having become a signature part of CinCin’s culinary calendar in Mumbai, Lemon Festa now begins a new chapter in Gurugram. Lemon-inspired décor and Mediterranean touches will transform the restaurant into a vibrant Italian escape, offering Delhi NCR a taste of the Italian Riviera during the monsoon.
At the heart of the menu is the Amalfi lemon, lending its bright citrus character to every course. The experience begins with Crostini Limone, layered with creamy ricotta, preserved lemon and honey chilli, alongside Gamberi alla Catalana, featuring poached prawns with lemon zest and celery oil.
Speaking about the festival, Dayamani Singh, Executive Chef, CinCin, said,
“Italian cuisine is rooted in the belief that exceptional ingredients need very little to shine. Lemon Festa places the Amalfi lemon at the centre of the experience, pairing its distinctive character with seasonal produce and time-honoured techniques. As we bring the festival to Delhi NCR for the first time, we look forward to introducing guests to returning favourites and new creations that showcase the remarkable versatility of this ingredient.”
Handmade pastas take centre stage with Taglierini al Limone, served in a silky lemon-butter sauce with preserved zucchini, and Cappelletti al Ragu, filled with lemon and cheese and finished with slow-cooked pork ragu and Grana Padano. Guests can also savour Pizza al Carciofi, topped with stracciatella, artichokes and preserved lemon; the creamy Risotto al Pollo; and Dentice al Limone, where grilled snapper is paired with potato purée and lemon-caper butter. The meal concludes with the signature Limone, bringing together mascarpone, lemon curd and delicate lemon soil.
The beverage programme carries the Amalfi spirit into every glass. Cremeso Sunset combines cream cheese, house-made limoncello, vodka and tropical notes, while Villa Verde #2 pairs gin, Italian lemonade and bubbles. Nero & Limone brings together whiskey and house-made limoncello, Monte Fico layers Pisco and Italian lemons with bittersweet notes, and Costa Dorata combines rum with tropical fruit. Guests can also enjoy CinCin’s handcrafted limoncello, served chilled by the shot or bottled to take home, alongside a selection of citrus-led zero-proof creations.
Nearly a decade since its inception, Lemon Festa continues to celebrate the joy of gathering around the table. Its Delhi NCR debut invites guests to discover the warmth of Italian hospitality over leisurely lunches, aperitivo evenings and citrus-filled celebrations, all within the lively setting of CinCin Gurugram.
