Black Rock Hotels & Resorts Appoints Kumar Gaurav Singh as Corporate HR Head

 

Oct 07: Black Rock Hotels & Resorts has appointed Kumar Gaurav Singh as Corporate HR Head, based at the company’s corporate office in Jaipur, as the hospitality management group strengthens its organisational capabilities to support its expanding portfolio. Kumar Gaurav Singh brings more than 19 years of hospitality experience, spanning HR operations, talent management, employee engagement, learning and development, performance management, compliance, and employee relations.

Throughout his career, Kumar Gaurav Singh has worked across semi-government organisations, multinational companies, and established hospitality brands, including TGB, ITC Hotels, and Marriott International.  In his new role, Kumar Gaurav Singh will oversee the group’s HR function, working with corporate and property teams to strengthen recruitment, talent development, performance management, employee engagement and HR systems. A key part of his mandate will be building consistent people practices across the organisation as Black Rock expands its hotel portfolio and workforce.
