New Delhi, Feb 6: BLS International Services Limited, a leading Indian multinational and trusted global tech-enabled services partner for governments and citizens, today announced its unaudited consolidated financial results for the quarter and nine months ended December 31, 2025.
The company delivered robust growth in Q3 & 9M FY26, nearly achieving full-year FY25 performance within nine months, driven by global expansion, portfolio diversification, and multiple contract wins.
Key Highlights – Q3 FY26:
- Secured a five-year global contract from the Slovak Republic to operate Visa Application Centres in over 80 countries.
- Won a Visa outsourcing contract from the Republic of Cyprus covering multiple regions across Africa and Asia.
- Awarded a project by the Bihar Government to establish Permanent Enrolment Centres for Aadhaar, in addition to a nationwide UIDAI contract to operate Aadhaar Seva Kendras.
- Renewed a nationwide contract with India’s Ministry of External Affairs for attestation and apostille services across 17 centres.
- Secured a three-year contract with the Ministry of External Affairs to establish Indian Visa Application Centres in key Chinese cities.
Financial Performance – Q3 FY26:
- Revenue from Operations: Rs. 736.5 Crores, up 43.6% YoY
- EBITDA: Rs. 198.0 Crores, up 25.3% YoY
- PAT: Rs. 170.2 Crores, up 33.1% YoY
Segment Highlights – Q3 FY26:
- Visa & Consular Services: Revenue grew 19.6% YoY; processed 10.7 lakh applications, up 17.7% YoY; EBITDA margin expanded to 40.1%.
- Digital Services: Revenue surged 109.3% YoY, driven by consolidation of Aadifidelis Solutions; business correspondent operations continued to grow with strong transaction volumes.
9M FY26 Performance:
- Revenue: Rs. 2,183.7 Crores, up 45.5% YoY
- EBITDA: Rs. 615.0 Crores, up 35.1% YoY
- PAT: Rs. 536.9 Crores, up 36.1% YoY
