Thales Reports Strong 2025 Full-Year Results, Sets Ambitious 2026 Targets

Paris, Mar 03:  Thales (Euronext Paris: HO), a global leader in advanced technologies for Defence, Aerospace, and Cyber & Digital sectors, today announced its 2025 full-year results, demonstrating strong commercial momentum, operational excellence, and robust performance.

Key Highlights – 2025 Full-Year Results:

  • Order intake: remained at record levels, showing strong commercial momentum

  • Sales: significant growth across all segments

  • Adjusted EBIT: notable increase reflecting operational excellence

  • Adjusted net income, Group share: solid growth

  • Net income from continuing operations, Group share: substantial increase

  • Free operating cash flow: record generation

  • Dividend per share: maintained strong shareholder return

Segment Performance:

  • Aerospace: strong sales growth and improved operational results

  • Defence: historic order levels and robust performance across all product lines

  • Cyber & Digital: growth in digital activities and stable performance in Cyber

Sustainability & CSR Achievements:

  • Scope 1 & 2 CO₂ emissions reduced by 75.2% vs. 2018

  • Scope 3 emissions reduced by 15.4%

  • 94.6% of managers trained via the Thales Climate Passport

  • Women representation in senior roles: 21.8%; 69.2% of management committees have at least four women

2026 Outlook:
Thales expects strong performance across all segments in 2026, with:

  • Book-to-bill ratio above 1

  • Continued organic growth

  • Improved operational efficiency and EBIT margin

  • Sustained high cash conversion
