New Delhi, Feb 25: Wyser Capital, a specialty venture fund focused exclusively on Enterprise and Agentic AI, today announced the first close of its maiden fund, raising 40% of its targeted ₹120 crore corpus. The first close saw participation from leading technology CEOs, CXOs, seasoned industry operators, and Institutional investors, underlining growing investor conviction in Agentic AI as the next phase of enterprise transformation.
Founded by Suresh Vaswani, Supria Dhanda and Satyakam Mohanty, Wyser Capital is structured as a high-conviction, operator-led fund backing enterprise-focused Agentic AI startups. The fund primarily targets PoC stage and early revenue startups building IP-led solutions in India for global enterprise markets.

Wyser Capital will invest ₹2–5 crore per portfolio company, with provision for follow-on capital for their best investments.
