Hosted at WelcomCafe Jacaranda from 12th to 19th June, the festival celebrates the diverse culinary influences that travelled through the lands associated with the Sultan’s reign. Drawing inspiration from Karnataka’s royal heritage and Kerala’s spice-laden traditions, the experience brings together a collection of thoughtfully curated dishes that reflect the flavours, ingredients and culinary techniques of the region.

Guests can begin their journey with Sherbet-e-Sultani, a refreshing blend of tender coconut water, sandalwood and rose petals, before exploring a menu featuring specialities such as Sultani Chops, Sultani Gosht Boti, Grand Sher-e-Mysore Poulet Roast, Mysore Tiger Prawn Bhuna, Srirangapatna Machi Lasooni Bhuna, Sultan Bateri Meen Polichadu and Devanahalli Mirchi Murgh Handi.

To conclude the feast, guests can indulge in a selection of heritage-inspired desserts including Lehsun Ki Kheer, Adrakhi Anjeer Ki Launz, Jheele-Firdauz and Shahi Dum Ka Halwa.

Speaking about the festival, Cheh Amruth Chakravarthy, Executive Chef, Welcomhotel Bengaluru said,
