Mumbai, Augt 4: Ajmera Realty & Infra India Ltd. announced its financial results for the quarter ended June 30, 2026. During Q1 FY27, the company reported revenue growth of 23percentage year-on-year, along with growth in EBITDA and PAT, while continuing to reduce debt and expand its development pipeline.
Financial Highlights
Ajmera Realty reported revenue of ₹320 crore, up 23percentage year-on-year, while EBITDA grew 18percentage to ₹94 crore and Profit After Tax increased 14percentage to ₹45 crore during the quarter. The company also reduced its debt by ₹57 crore, resulting in an improved debt-to-equity ratio of 0.47x, reflecting its continued focus on disciplined capital allocation and financial management.
Commenting on the Q1 FY27 performance, Mr. Dhaval Ajmera, Director – Corporate Affairs, Ajmera Realty & Infra India Ltd., said:
“We have commenced FY27 on a resilient note despite the macro-economic challenges. We achieved 23% YoY growth in total revenue alongside growth in both EBITDA and PAT. Following the successful launch of Ajmera Solis and its accelerated execution progress, the project became eligible for revenue recognition from Q1 FY27. Strong collections and asset monetisation enabled us to reduce debt during the quarter, further strengthening our financial position. As we continue expanding our project portfolio, we remain focused on disciplined capital allocation and creating sustainable long-term value for all stakeholders.”
Strengthening the Growth Pipeline
During the quarter, Ajmera Realty added a new project in Bengaluru with an estimated Gross Development Value of ₹389 crore. The company’s launch pipeline stands at ₹6,508 crore, supporting its upcoming development pipeline.
