Mumbai, India, Sept 02: As Sandwizzaa celebrates 40 years of serving generations of Mumbaikars, the brand has introduced its Signature Series, a new café-only collection of sourdough sandwiches. The launch marks a new chapter in Sandwizzaa’s evolution, bringing together its four-decade legacy in vegetarian food with a more contemporary café dining experience.
Alongside the Signature Series, Sandwizzaa has expanded its presence with two new outlets in Panch Pakhadi, Thane, and Sector 46-A, Seawoods, Navi Mumbai. Known for its iconic vegetarian fast-food offerings, Sandwizzaa has built a strong legacy with its Mumbai-style toasted, grilled, and plain sandwiches, signature green chutneys, and in-house spice masalas. The new outlets and café-focused collection further strengthen the brand’s evolving presence across the Mumbai Metropolitan Region.
Created exclusively for Sandwizzaa cafés, the Signature Series has been designed for customers looking to explore new flavours and enjoy a more leisurely dining experience. While Sandwizzaa has built its legacy around fresh, accessible and flavourful vegetarian sandwiches since 1986, the new collection reflects how the brand continues to evolve its offerings in line with changing consumer preferences.
The inaugural Signature Series features three new sourdough sandwiches, served on freshly baked sourdough and paired with handcrafted signature aiolis:

Pank’s Pesto – A combination of sautéed vegetables, crisp lettuce, cheddar cheese and fresh pesto layered on sourdough, served with Sandwizzaa’s signature basil-garlic aioli.

SDL Thecha – Fresh cottage cheese tossed in the brand’s house-made spicy thecha with garlic and nuts, layered with onions on sourdough and served with a green herb aioli.

AJ’s Caramelized Onion – A blend of sautéed vegetables, slow-caramelized onions, creamy cheese sauce and French balsamic flavours on sourdough, complemented by the signature green herb aioli.
