New Delhi, Apr 1: Ayush Nambiar was honoured for Advocacy and Communications at the Times Network Excellence Awards held on March 20, 2026, at the Taj Palace, New Delhi.
The award was presented by Shri Harsh Malhotra, Union Minister of State in the Ministry of Road Transport and Highways and Minister of State in the Ministry of Corporate Affairs.
On receiving the honour, Ayush Nambiar paid tribute to his late father, Shri PKD Nambiar, describing him as the force behind his journey. He referred to him as the man behind over 1,000 brands, the author of the bestselling book You Too Can Be a Brand, and the Founder Chairman of the Indian-led global business conglomerate, The Nambiar Group.
Speaking on the occasion, Ayush Nambiar said that if India truly believes in Viksit Bharat, then it must also talk and act Viksit Bharat. He also observed that India is a great market not only because of its vast consumer base, but because of the diversity of what it offers.
When asked how he views Indian politics today, he said that Indian politics has evolved because the expectations of Indian voters have evolved, and that voters today will not be taken for a ride.
