Bengaluru, 9th September: KLAY Preschools, India’s leading early childhood education and care provider, has appointed Megha Latawa as Senior Vice President, Human Resources. She joins with a strong track record of building high-performing organizations and a deep understanding of how people and culture can drive business results.

 
Megha brings significant experience across retail, e-commerce and FMCG. She has held key HR leadership roles at the Aditya Birla Group and Udaan and most recently served as the Chief Human Resources Officer at iD Fresh Food. Her experience spans organisation design, talent strategy, culture building and developing people practices that enable businesses to grow sustainably.
 
At KLAY, she will oversee the human resources function, focusing on building team capabilities, shaping culture, and developing talent as KLAY expands its presence across India. Her appointment comes at an important stage in KLAY’s journey, as the organisation continues to invest in its people and be future-ready.
